DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER! . I bought this bike for my sons birthday and doesn’t work, never did work ! It has been very frustrating and a hassle to return this bike . I couldn’t get it apart! I had to pay my own money to return it ! It Cost me $140 just to return it ! Seller doesn’t want to give me a full refund for the bike !They are trying to charge me a restock fee for half the price I paid for the bike. I am livid for something that was supposed to be a gift for my sons birthday and it never work and I can’t even get a full refund so I can get my son something that does work is insane ! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER ! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (if I could give them - stars I would) DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SELLER . Mine had the same problem. It charged up, lit up but wouldn't go. Here's how I fixed it. Disconnect the harness coming from the throttle button check the prongs one may be bent and not connecting the button. I put a key in the harness contacting the two wires coming from the bike. It moved . So I checked every connection above that to the button. When I reconnected it all it worked great. Thank God!!!my 3 year old was devastated so I just troubled shot the connection and problem solved. Hope this helps some of you ... show more

Simple to put together. Took less than 20 minutes to get together. Son always has the biggest grin scooting around. Solid build. The wheel axel is solid metal and the wheel actually turns the front tires to allow it to change direction.
