We used the starter in our 1992 Club Car DS for ten months, well more like 5 since it was winter. The starter than locked up and imploded. The only reason I am giving this such a high review is because of the 1 year warranty. I contacted parts world via email over the 4th of July weekend. They were quick with responses and helpful. Replaced bad starter/gen on older Club Car. Installed and functioned as it should, however the unit that was removed was this same brand installed by someone else and, by the looks of it, not too long ago. We'll see how this one holds up.
