This has plenty of length and thickness. I’m 5’2 and this wig goes most of the way down my back. As opposed to many long wigs which tangle quickly and then lose all the hairs if you try to brush them out - this wig brushes very easily. I’ve fully brushed it out about 5x now, and lose about 10 strands per brushing. The smooth wavy look returns after brushing, and the curling effect at the bottom has not faded yet. The color is as pictured, muted pastel colors. I got this to wear with a unicorn costume, and am pleased with the aesthetic. It’s not bold, bright, or neon. To store, I have been braiding the wig (as pictured) while it’s on my head, and it stores without tangling. Finally, having the strands be so well secured is a plus, since my hope is that this will last for a few years in my daughter’s “fun dress up” bin. It’s a great value for the money. I find this wig to be truly stunning, with its breathtaking array of rainbow colors that are soft, vibrant, and mesmerizing. The hues of pink, purple, mint green, seafoam green, and beautiful ocean blue, or even sky blue, create a magical and enchanting look. Moreover, the wig's hair quality is exceptional, with a full and bouncy texture that is easy to style and manage. I got a lot of compliments on this wig, it was very bright, colorful, and silky soft. Lovely, lightweight, fun. It stood up to a few weeks of daily use but the heat/humidity did eventually get to it. Nothing some tlc can't fix but it got pretty tangled.

I recently purchased the hair wig for a Halloween costume, and it is ok for the price. Although it was not rainbow color, but more of a blue/green color wig, the color was vibrant and eye-catching. It's evident from the start that the hair is not real but made from some sort of plastic material. While it lacks the realism of actual hair, this is acceptable for a costume wig, especially considering the budget-friendly price. Also, a positive thing from the wig is that it covers the entire head. The lack of a distinct hairline may be noticeable up close, but for costume purposes, it's forgivable. I bought the "wavy rainbow hair wig," and I don't often leave Amazon Reviews, but I am floored by how beautiful and well made this wig is. I've bought several costume wigs, and they always look like crap out of the package, and sometimes stay looking bad despite my efforts. This one is thick, the curls are beautiful (and resilient), and it was ready to go right out of the package. The colors are true to the listing images, if not even prettier. My daughter wanted to wear this for her faerie Ren Faire costume, however, the inside of the wig had some little hard pieces that poked her constantly so it only lasted on her about 10 minutes. It may have just been a fluke, but she complained about how scratchy it was and warm, even though it was a cold, rainy faire. The colors were very nice, does get tangled easily, but it wasn't super expensive so I think it would work for someone who is more familiar with wigs than us. ... show more
