My daughter wanted to wear this for her faerie Ren Faire costume, however, the inside of the wig had some little hard pieces that poked her constantly so it only lasted on her about 10 minutes. It may have just been a fluke, but she complained about how scratchy it was and warm, even though it was a cold, rainy faire. The colors were very nice, does get tangled easily, but it wasn't super expensive so I think it would work for someone who is more familiar with wigs than us. ... show more

This has plenty of length and thickness. I’m 5’2 and this wig goes most of the way down my back. As opposed to many long wigs which tangle quickly and then lose all the hairs if you try to brush them out - this wig brushes very easily. I’ve fully brushed it out about 5x now, and lose about 10 strands per brushing. The smooth wavy look returns after brushing, and the curling effect at the bottom has not faded yet. The color is as pictured, muted pastel colors. I got this to wear with a unicorn costume, and am pleased with the aesthetic. It’s not bold, bright, or neon. To store, I have been braiding the wig (as pictured) while it’s on my head, and it stores without tangling. Finally, having the strands be so well secured is a plus, since my hope is that this will last for a few years in my daughter’s “fun dress up” bin. It’s a great value for the money. I recently purchased the hair wig for a Halloween costume, and it is ok for the price. Although it was not rainbow color, but more of a blue/green color wig, the color was vibrant and eye-catching. It's evident from the start that the hair is not real but made from some sort of plastic material. While it lacks the realism of actual hair, this is acceptable for a costume wig, especially considering the budget-friendly price. Also, a positive thing from the wig is that it covers the entire head. The lack of a distinct hairline may be noticeable up close, but for costume purposes, it's forgivable. Got this as a confidence booster for my 6 year old with alopecia. It braids well which helps keep it nice and comes down to her butt which let's her have the longest hair in her class (big deal for a normally bald kid). It combs out well and we haven't seen much shedding either. It is very obviously too large for her which is a bit of a bummer on the playground ... just not enough to stop her from loving it anyway. it is super cheap looking. its very shiny so you will need to let is soak in fabric softener to make it look less fake. However it is not even worth that. the hair is so thin you can see the bands on the top of the head and the "vibrant" color on the ends is not even that vibrant. The dark blue on the wig is damaged on arrival and the pastel colors are as long as the vibrant colors so it does not blend well unless you spend time giving it the layers it should already have On top of that the part is off to the side and not centered like it's advertised. Save your money and dont buy this wig, I seen 5 dollar wigs made better. ... show more
