i bought this to use with a difficult tenant. it worked great. even on the 2k quality recording it is still a little grainy but clear enough to read things on t shirts and see faces. the audio quality was great. i wish the camera could be tilted down a little more. while i had it in my shirt pocket it was pointed up slightly due to me loosing weight and my man chest sagging a little. other then that i would buy this again if need.

I bought two of these with the idea of using them as an umpire camera for games. Video/camera quality was fine. After around 6-8 hours of use on each, neither of the units are able to retain a charge and power down, turning themselves off preventing use. When they do retain a charge long enough I get an error code in most cases staying the SD card is full, despite being a brand new and empty memory card. Wish I paid more attention to the return allowance because I'd have sent both back had the time not lapsed.

When I started looking for a device ease of use was important especially starting recording. With the save/record in the record position the device records on power up. Great! All the other fuctions are simple to performe after getting a little usage under your belt (do people still say that??). Good 1080p quality at a fair price. Tip: My recorder appears as a medical device. That makes it less likely it will be taken from you.

This AKFDD HD 1080P BodyCam with Audio and Video Recording is a good entry level device of this type. While it most certainly does not meet the standards of the bodycams that police officers wear, it does a good job for non-professionals. While it can not be completely hidden, it can be somewhat concealed enough that most people would not even take notice of it. It comes with a 128GB Micro SD card for storage and incudes a rechargeable battery within. The recorded video, both day and night, is pretty good and audio is usually decent. And it can be used in more circumstances than just being body-worn. It has a 180 degree rotating lens from front to side to back so it can be left on a flat surface or attached to ferrous metal via magnets built into the base. There are many circumstances for which this camera can be very useful.

I got to start my son as a gift. I wanted to test it out and wore it the entire time I was playing basketball with him clipped to my hoodie. He had no clue he never even seen it or at least he never said he seen it. Sound quality and video quality is very good for this size camera. The app is easy to connect however you don't get much range, you pretty much need to keep the phone and camera together. You dont have to use the app for it to work which is a nice feature, it comes with an sd card for storage. Overall I highly recommend and I would purchase again
