Easiest wire connection ever: simply insert wire and crimp/squeeze with pliers. Perfect for simple wiring @home and other stationary applications but NOT recommended for cars and trucks because of vibration/movement. These tap splice connectors are especially handy for tight spaces where its hard to fit wire cutters, strippers, crimpers.. But they only/barely cut into the wire without stripping any of the insulation, so they don't expose much metal/wire, which is fine for most home electronics but expect some eventual troubleshooting and loose/lost connections if used in automotive (in which butt connectors or soldering provide much stronger contact). I used 3 tap splice connectors in my car and none have failed after 6 months, just fair warning from other sites i was reading ... show more

everything you would expect and even has a plastic stick for pushing the metal contacts into the wires! it works perfect for what I needed and I have plenty spare for future projects! would purchase again!!
