It took them 8hrs to install only for it to not actually cool when turned on. Working on the return process which is going to be an extra pain. Waiting to hear from manufacturers. Will update my response when I hear back Update: seller contacted me and offered to replace the outdoor unit. I asked for the replacement and am waiting to hear back. I will update when new unit arrives and if it works(?). Second update: seller refunded us the full amount. I give the seller 5stars for good communication and follow through. I still have no idea how the unit works though. We are out a whole lot of time and the installation but at least these funds can go towards getting a working unit.

Got the delivery this morning and finish the installation during noon time. Since then I have kept this one running for my home office room and the 2nd floor open area (or game room), this little AC is serious I have to say, it is powerful to lower the temp from 82 to 73 in less than 60mins, and it is just smooth and quiet I donโt even realize it literature hanging in front of me. I am very happy about this purchase and will highly recommend it if you want something compact, powerful, effective, and affordable

I haven't installed this yet but it does seem this unit does not come pre-charged. I was unaware of that that I also now have to hire somebody to come charge the unit for the AC to actually work... I will change this review once I get the unit installed and running. I will also add what it cost me to have it charged.

After couple days I'd say it offers high capacity, ensuring that it can effectively heat the room. Would love the cooling as well. It stands out in the low noise operation, making it perfect for those who value a quiet environment.
