I installed this in our restaurant, and it has far exceeded expectations. The biggest standout feature is how quiet it is — you can barely hear it running. Conversations flow naturally, and guests don't even realize the AC is on. Heating and cooling are both fast. Even though it runs on 110V, the inverter technology delivers excellent performance. Bought this for my detached garage that I turned into a small workshop. Installation took me and a friend most of a Saturday – not super hard but you do need to vacuum the lines. Watched a few YouTube videos and got it done. The unit itself has been running for about two months now. Cools the space quickly (around 400 sq ft). Tried the heat pump when temps dropped to the 40s last week – kept the garage comfortable, no issues. My electric bill barely went up, which surprised me honestly. It's definitely quiet. I can have it on while using power tools and still hear my music. At night you barely notice it running. One small thing – the remote feels a bit cheap, but it works fine. Overall happy with the purchase. Would buy again.

The installation wasn’t too bad, it took a few hours. I think it looks nice in my room. It works great excellent. Keeps my room very cold when I want, and more comfortable when I want. Very easy to use. It does make a bit of a noise but nothing too bad. I can sleep with it on and it’s fine. All in all it was a great investment.

Nice looking unit, but after having it installed by a professional as the instructions state, this unit doesn't won't cool and the heat doesn't blow at all. I can hear the heat pump working the unit just won't blow the hot air. Also the compressor kicks on when on cool but the air doesn't cool down. I believe this unit doesn't come pre-charged like it says and you have to purchase refrigerant for it. Currently trying to get ahold of customer service for a return or possibly a new unit if the one they sent is faulty, but not having much luck. Update: Customer service reached out and was awesome they provided a refund no problem

Works great for the value, heats and cools out large livingroom with ease. Some thing to note though. Mine unfortunately came pretty banged up in the top corner due to shipping, but thankfully it functions and the seller has had great communication and service so far helping. Another thing to note is in the instructions. They're very vague about wiring details and how to use the remote. Additionally, there is no way to mute the -really- loud beep it uses in response to every button press. It's incredibly annoying and can heard on the other side of the house. I might just yank out the speaker button from the main board to get rid of it. There's a "Mute" button on the remote, but it doesn't do anything. Another thing to note is hearing takes a few minutes to "activate" and can sometimes make a large fizz noise when it stops. This is normal, but can be alarming. Nothing says anything about these two things in the manual, and at first I was concerned about my unit. The loud fizz sound is the reverse valve pushing the freon in the reserve direction once the heat turns off to its normal direction to the pump. Lastly, this unit does NOT come with an install cover kit, nor any considerable wiring hardware. It does come with some wire that resembles an extension cord to use, but please have this professionally installed. Use a 30a AC fuse box as well for serviceability and added protection. This is a great unit for the value, no doubt, but be prepared to spend another 200 or so on additional hardware. All in all, I'm happy with my unit. I may purchase a second one in the near future.

We got this mini split hvac system to add to our rental house. Needing a small unit for the dinning room/living room area was the reason for this particular unit. The area to cool and heat is appropriately 700 square feet which this one is said to do 750. With a little bit of research and having done automotive a/c systems for years i decided to install it. For an experienced automotive technician this was a fairly simple installation however I would not reccomend a novice to attempt this. It took most of a day to install it with the cover kit and condenser brackets. Those are sold separately! That said the unit was completed today after I recieved the 410 to 1/4 service adaptor so I could vacuum the lines and evaporator down using my automotive vacuum pump. Then I was able to open the precharged condenser valves releasing the freon into the rest of the system. This little unit works great! It is currently about 45 degrees out and the heat function is nice and warm. We checked the cooling and it was very cold. So far this is a very good unit for the price. We're happy and the tennant's are to.
