Bought this for the kids for Christmas present. Now they can make their own fav shirt. Very easy to use, but me caution that thing is hot so make sure you use it with the kids. Design the vinyl with cricut and have it cut to size. Then turn on the machine wait until the heat reach the temp. Put ur shirt, put ur vinyl, press it down and hold it for a good 30secs to 40secs. The heat press is heavier than I expected and appears to be of decent quality. However, the item I received was defective. The unit does not turn on at all. The support page was not helpful - the only troubleshooting step was basically to test the outlet or try a different outlet. In general, the instructions and support documentation were lacking, which made me weary of exchanging the item for a new one. I've opted to get a refund instead, which is a shame because if it worked, I think I would have really liked this heat press! If you do order this, I recommend getting it out of the box and testing it pretty quickly. I went to set it up to prepare some Welcome Bags for a wedding and now I am scrambling to find a solution. ... show more

I got this because I was frustrated with how long and how imperfect things turn out when ironing. Having to constantly move the iron and after all that time still having edges that peeled up was a no go. This one's really easy to use, and I like the loud beeper in case I just press it and forget it while I am working on the next cut.
