We just got a second hand John Deere Gator and the battery wasn't working. Bought this as a replacement. Arrived this morning. Packaged nicely with no damage. Plugged it in to charge to the original JD battery charger and it said it was full (solid green light). I left it for about 3 hours but my excited toddler was impatient. We've been outside playing for over an hour now and it's still running strong. Hopefully it lasts longer than a lot of the reviews say, but so far so good. This little puppy just runs and runs. Purchased for the replacement of the previous battery that had died after years of neglect between children on the John Deere tractor. Got one battery like the original and it did very well but did run out and with three kids fighting to get on it, I had to buy another. By accident, I got a larger battery. Didn't know it. I was wondering why this one ran all day without charge. Then while charging, I saw them side by side. Both are great, but the larger one was worth the money.
