Description
Choose a healthy, suitable branch that fits the opening size of the rooting box. Using a clean knife or pruning tool, carefully remove a ring of bark (about 4/5 to 1 inch wide) from the branch. Fill the rooting box with moist, well-draining soil or propagation substrate (such as sphagnum moss or peat mix) to support root development. Close and fasten the rooting box around the prepared branch using the built-in buckles. Water thoroughly through the top inlet to ensure the medium stays moist. Depending on the plant type, roots typically develop within 1–4 months. Once the root system is well-established and visible through the transparent box, carefully remove the box and transplant the new plant into soil or a larger pot.
