After using for a while I decided to write a review. First when using the pads have a rug side and a floor side. Be sure to use correctly. They secured my rug in front of the sink with lots of traffic. We have an 80 pound German Shepherd who’s constantly running over the rug and it didn’t slip, at first. Within about 1-2 months it did start to slip and hair did start to accumulate on the pad, from the rug side, which was totally expected. They’re not called German Shedders for nothing! Ha!! The pads were gentle to my floor when time to remove them. They were still securely stuck to the floor but came up fine with some effort. No residue or pad pieces on the floor at all. After mopping and vacuuming, I put down new pads. I only use 2 pads at each corner closest to the cabinet. They may hold longer with 4 pads, but I chose 2. Vacuuming the rug secured with the pads are no problem at all. I would highly recommend these pads and will be buying more! I knew they wouldn’t last forever. They did exactly what I bought them to do. They work great!

I totally like this product and give it 5 stars. It holds down my large area rug and are reusable too. I have a 5 x 7 area rug and (2) 2.6 x7 runners and this product works for them all. It's exactly what I needed to prevent anyone from tripping on my rugs. I would highly recommend this product.

I ordered this product with a bit of hesitation. I was concerned with the affects of the adhesion on my hardwood floors. When they arrived I decided to try them on only two corners (the diagonal ones) to give me a chance to check my floors before adding the other two. I applied them to an 8' runner in my kitchen where daily use would give me a good test. I can honestly say my runner hasn't budged through the daily traffic and repeated vacuuming. And, before I wrote this, I checked to see if they would be easy to remove; again success. I could lift it with minimal effort and there was no adhesive residue remaining. Get a good grip for your carpets and order this product! You won't be sorry.

I have tried other rug grippers before from either the store or others I've purchased through Amazon. I came across these because they were different from others I've used in the past. They work great! I have had no movement at all, and I have 2 dogs and a toddler that run around the house and my carpets stay in place. I highly recommend these.

Didn't want to review the product until I'd been using it a while to ensure it really was as good as they say. Come to find out, it's even better. Not only does it keep the rugs in the house in place, but I've been using it on the inside steps of the Motorhome. The rug hasn't budged - even though it's stuck to the horizontal and vertical parts of the steps. Furthermore, when I took the carpet off the steps to wash, the stickers could be used again - I've actually washed the carpet 4 times and reused them all 4 times (5th time I'll have to change them out) so I've gotten much more use than anticipated. I'll be buying these again!!!

I bought a carpet for my dining room and the corners kept rolling. I bought these carpet stickers to help hold it in place and they worked amazingly! I also used them on my small welcome mat outside my classroom door, because my mat is always moving around and I didn’t want anyone to trip and fall over it. These stickers are wonderful!

My family member uses a walker and a wheelchair and it is very important that if I have any type of area rugs/mats that they adhere well to the floor surface so that they are not a tripping/falling hazard. These grippers work perfectly, especially in my kitchen and bathrooms. The stickers can be a bit challenging to remove because they grip so well, but if you use a little water around the edge when removing them it helps to loosen things up. I have also been able to rise them off and let them dry naturally so that they become sticky again for reuse. I would highly recommend these for keeping carpets/mats in place. My only slight concern was that I did have a bit of residue left on my wood floor after pulling up a scatter rug, but I used Murphy's Oil Soap and some finger scrubbing and eventually removed all the sticky residue safely.
