I love this posters! It has everything i needed to follow for the workout regimen that i am doing in my home gym. The material is very sturdy. Illustrations are very easy to follow with very minimal equipment needed. So worth the money that i paid for and a great addition to my home gym. In addition, you get a workout planner for free if you register online. When i got my posters, i was already very satisfied with the quality of the product and what it does so even if i had an issue i didnt plan on returning it to Amazon. AIn the box the company had a letter saying that they provide total satisfaction. So i wrote an email telling them of my very little issue. I did not expect to hear from them fir another week or so. When i woke up in the morning i got a reply. Overall, they corrected my minor issue above and beyond my expectations. What a rare and excellent customer service. We all need businesses like this with speedy reply and amazing customer service. Thank you guys!!!

Posters are decent, but I didn't get the stretching poster and got a duplicate dumbbell. It's not even a Dumbbell Volume 2 like I saw in another review. After getting these, I laid them flat between a stack of mirrors and didn't pay any attention to them until today when I went to hang them. I'm disappointed about the duplicate poster and wish I would had checked them when they came in. The posters are large and appear to be durable, so that's a plus.
