I have to say I was so skeptical and nervous about this purchase because there weren’t many reviews so I thought well it’s cheap for a king size mattress so I won’t lose too much money if it doesn’t work out. But to my surprise it’s actually very comfortable! It’s soft on top but still has support without springs poking me while I sleep, the quality by far exceeds the cost. It’s not so soft you sink in but not so hard you feel like your laying on a piece of wood. I would say it’s a good medium feel. I previously had a $3000 mattress but do to a new move and needing a mattress asap I took a chance on this one just to use until I could get a “better one” but honestly I think I will be keeping this one for a while because I sleep so well on it. I don’t wake up with back pain or hip pain and I sleep both on my side and on my back throughout the night. It doesn’t make any sound while getting into or out of bed or during the night. I am a very hot sleeper and I was hot the first couple of nights which isn’t unusual for me but after that I have been able to sleep and wake up without sweating. Okay bed for the price. It’s comfortable enough but you can hear the springs and the whole bed moves when you do. Also when you sit at the edge it sinks a lot, not very supportive. But not bad for the price

Mattress was everything I expected, support,comfort, thick padding! But I wish to give a huge 5 stars for customer service and expeditious follow through! I have never received such quick and empathetic follow up. FedEx continued to say package couldn't be delivered due to wrong address, business closed ( not a business, I am private home, and other excuses to avoid delivery and wanted me to drive 30 minutes to pick it up. I had delivery for a reason. The seller answered my complaints every day and finally had to issue refund. The next day, a week late, the mattress arrived. I told them I finally received it and even though I already received a refund, I paid for another one that they would not ship to balance the books.
