I must say this bad is nothing like my last bed. It’s soft and the memory foam does its job, but it is super firm, with no type of bounce at all. I naturally flopped on it, it’s rock solid. One thing that I can say is that it’s still comfortable. I wake up, and my back feels amazing. No body aches like I had before, so I’ll give it a 4 just for that! Nice

I wasn't sure what to expect when I got the queen mattress from the box, but after opened it and let it sit flat and expand for a couple days, I did a test sleep and I am happy with how it feels on my back and my overall sleeping posture. It is medium firm as stated, I could feel my back and my body is fully supported once I lay on the bed. It is indeed 12 inch height as stated. I am glad I got this mattress to help me to sleep better and more soundly at night. Overall, a good decision to get this mattress, high quality item for sure !

It does a great job supporting my back and hips, and I wake up with much less stiffness than before. The mattress holds its shape well and doesn’t sink excessively, even after regular use.
