I bought the Coolvie 12-inch twin-size Hybrid Mattress a few months ago for my 13-year-old daughter, and so far, it has exceeded our expectations. It arrived quickly, although the box was a little heavy for me to carry upstairs by myself. The instructions for opening the box and unwrapping the plastic were clear, and it was satisfying to watch the mattress regain its shape in just a few minutes. I’m extremely impressed with this mattress. It’s a perfect combination of soft and firm, and is perfectly comfortable. I was also frankly amazed at the fact that it came packaged in a vacuum roll, and then it literally sprang to life upon breaking the vacuum seal. It’s not just a foam mattress—there are wrapped metal coil springs internally, with all the benefits that arrangement offers. Of course, it’s off gassing a little bit in the beginning, so there’s a bit of a smell that’s already dissipating after a day. Overall, I’d say it represents impressive Chinese design, manufacturing and delivery technology. It’s as good or better than brand name mattresses costing twice as much or more; there’s just no way a US manufacturer could provide this quality at a similar price. I’ll report back if there are any durability issues, but I don’t expect any. 5+ stars and an extra “snap”! Way to go, Coolio!

I was super nervous to order a mattress online. I didn't want to spend a gazillion dollars on an online mattress purchase without being able to feel it first. I was out of state when I made the purchase This one is an absolute dream! I read tons of reviews and want to thank those who reviewed this one. Mine is a queen, 14 inches thick, and medium firm. Delivery and item were flawless. Zero damage, zero smell, ZERO regret. I sleep on my side with no issues (for five days so far). I'm thrilled it can be used on an adjustable bed! Great quality at a terrific price! I feel great when I wake up - like I got a good night's sleep, and no aches or pains at all - I'm almost 60... if you know, you know, lol! I would absolutely buy it again. Possibly even over my dream mattress.

I spent a lot of time trying to decide which mattress to purchase on Amazon. There were just so many choices. So in the end I stuck with my gut and chose the Coolve 12in Hybrid. My partner and I had been using a mattress that neither of us could remember where it came from, so the bar was set pretty low. (It was at least 7 years old.) The shipping was quick and that was appreciated. We waited 72 hours for it to fully expand (we had heard to do otherwise basically ruins the mattress). Finally, on our first night, we noticed a few quirks that I had hoped were just temporary issues. Sadly, we have had the mattress for about 20 days now and it's becoming more and more obvious that these "quirks" are more personality traits. The edges of the bed have not fully inflated as much as the center of the bed. Or so it seems to be on the right side at least. I know this because the first night and a couple of nights following I managed to fall out of bed while I was asleep, This has NEVER happened to me before. It seems that the bed is at a slight slant. There are also already impressions where my partner and I each sleep. I'm not sure if maybe we took a couple of days off from using the bed if it would maybe fill back in... but that's not something that I feel like I should need to do every week or so. I do think that the mattress is comfortable enough to honestly get a decent night's sleep but again that's because I'm used to sleeping on such a terrible mattress that anything could be considered an upgrade. As far as pain, I usually wake up hurting all over. Especially in the knee and lower back area. This is what motivated me to look for a new mattress in the first place. Sadly, I am still not seeing much of a difference in that area. I didn't notice any kind of chemical smell or anything like that when I opened the package however so that's good. Overall, I don't know how to feel. I'm happy to be in a better mattress and I mean this mattress is far from being the worst. Unfortunately, I just feel a little disappointed. ****Update*** I honestly had to increase the stars for this product just because the customer service I've received from this company has been awesome. They are more than willing to try to find a fix for any issues that might occur with their products. They have more than redeemed themselves in my book.

It is perfect for my mother, who is recovering from a spinal fracture. It provides soft but firm support. It is definitely a great value. It is the best mattress we have found at this affordable price point. Sleeps like much higher-priced brands.
