Love this mattress. Its medium firm. I am 140 lb and there is no sag in 10 months, I did rotate the mattress once so that there is no sagging/depression. I move alot during my sleep and I don’t like memory foam because it locks me and instantly sags for me. I love this medium firm mattress. I paid $436 after tax for King Size like 10 months ago and it looks a bit cheaper now, I am happy with the mattress and would buy it again. Also I cleaned my bed for the picture so it looks nice!

3k Serta hybrid mattress vs this one. This one wins hands down. Even the firm serta wasn’t firm enough. I bought one of these for both my kids and myself. Highly recommend. I use it with my adjustable frame and it doesn’t stay bent after either. Great value for the money compared to the big name brands.

A good mattress, which we bought a year ago, still holds its shape, does not sag. We bought a king size, height 12 inches. Very satisfied. The mattress is medium hard. Before use, you need to let it fully open for 3 days.

In Spring 2024 I bought a well-reviewed, but lower cost, full sized mattress in a box from Amazon for my spare bedroom and was shocked in a good way when I was given a specific delivery time option and discovered that mattress was delivered and set up free of charge by Amazon (and there was an option to take away an old mattress and box spring at NO EXTRA CHARGE). I mistakenly thought that's how all mattresses were sold off Amazon only to later discover by trial and error that this option now exists for only selected, upper range quality mattresses that are specifically sold and shipped by Amazon. I am a big guy and weigh over 240 pounds, but find this model of Coolvie mattress to be very comfortable for me to sleep on as both a side and back sleeper and very supportive of my body weight. The other amazing thing is I can sit on the edge of this mattress without it collapsing. If you read the reviews of most other "mattresses in a box" (even the more expensive ones), you will hear customer reviews saying you will slide off the edges. I also took advantage of getting an Amazon Prime credit card with no annual fee that further reduced the cost of this mattress (in addition to the Black Friday price) by an extra $200. I am a happy camper after the first two weeks. Will update if my experience changes.

Received the mattress in April, and it was good for about 6 months but then after that the spring started to poke and then the screeching sound every time I turn makes sleep quality worse. I don’t think I will buy this mattress ever again. I have had back pain, shoulder pain and loss of sleep. Noisier than any other mattress I have bought in the last 10 years. Bad quality control. I would not suggest to buy Only good thing was shipping , unboxing and size.. everything else was pretty bad - would like to get a refund or compensation

Update: nearly 18 months and this is still going strong. Slight body divets but nothing major. When I was looking for a second mattress, I really wish I had purchased another one of these instead of going for an even cheaper one that ended up being unsupportive and felt like a marshmallow. - Amazed that this came shrink-wrapped in a fairly small (but 106 pound) box. Unrolled, opened up, and let it expand for a full week but it really only needed 2-3 days. It is quite firm but the layer of memory foam on top softens it up a bit. I was hoping for a bit firmer bed so this is perfect. No pain adjustment to sleeping on this. It's surprisingly springy but the edges don't squash down too much when I sit on the edge. Worked perfectly with a split (2 pieces), 8" wood-frame box spring sold elsewhere here on amazon. I was prepared to compromise a little on comfort at this price point but am still surprised and thrilled at what a great mattress this is. Splurge a little on good sheets and a comfy mattress pad and you won't want to roll out of bed each day!
