Delivery was fast, unpacking was easy. The mattress is heavy but I was able to move and unpack it on my own. Loved that it came in a box so that made it easier to move to the bedroom. I waited 48 before I slept on the mattress so it can expand properly and it’s the first in 3 years I’ve woke up without back pain. It’s firm but also soft, extremely comfortable. If you sit on the edge it doesn’t sink which I love. I’ve only used it one night so far but as i progress with this mattress I will give an update on how it is but so far 5 starts!

I bought this several days ago. It does have memory foam and the mattress is soft to the touch. It is firm, and soft. I would rate this five stars. The bed is quiet and it is taller than my old serta Northstar perfect sleeper mattress. My old mattress was 10 inches. It fit on my 1999 serta head boards/box spring. I admire the appearance. My box spring is grey and white and it matches this mattress I bought. The bed looks very modern. It's bigger than my old serta mattress.

Make sure you are well away from the un-rolling length before you split the plastic. I got hurled into my closet because I misjudged this! Nothing hurt but my pride! Can't wait for the 48hrs for it to fully expand. I'm going with 3 stars, but will probably go to 5 after I sleep on it for the first time. 48 hours later and we are at 5 stars! Super comfortable, best night's rest I've had in a long while!

My first impression of this mattress was… well, let's just say I was a bit dubious. It arrived vacuum-sealed and surprisingly heavy. Patience, it turns out, is key. It took a good couple of days for it to fully expand to its advertised 12 inches, so don't panic if it looks a little deflated upon arrival. The corners are still a little rounded after a few weeks, but nothing major. One thing I immediately appreciated was the lack of any significant off-gassing smell. That's a huge plus for anyone sensitive to those chemical odors that can sometimes accompany new foam products. Now, let's talk about the firmness. The description mentions a "medium-firm" feel, and I'd say that's pretty accurate. We actually find it to be on the firmer side, which is a welcome change from some mattresses that seem to devolve into a giant, unsupportive pillow over time. This one feels like it will actually provide consistent support. The product description highlights "3 ergonomic zones and over 600 adaptive springs" designed to support the spine. While I can't see the inner workings, I can say that I do feel well-supported, and the firmness seems to contribute to maintaining a good spinal alignment. I'm sure all of those spring coils created the significant weight. It does seem to breathe well; I haven't noticed any issues with overheating. The "Sleep Peacefully" claim about reduced sound transmission due to the pocket springs seems valid. My partner tends to be a bit of a restless sleeper, and I haven't noticed any significant motion transfer. So, if you share your bed, this could be a real benefit. Considering the initial skepticism due to the vacuum-sealed arrival and the pleasant surprise of the minimal off-gassing, coupled with the supportive firmness and thoughtful features, this mattress has definitely won me over. For the price, I think it offers excellent value and a comfortable, supportive night's sleep. Some of our previous Zinus beds had fiberglass everywhere, and there was none to be seen here...thank the gods.
