I was surprised because I bought a mattress that came in a box once and it was so difficult to take out it took two of us. SO I was definitely pleased with the easy accessibility of the mattress. One thing that surprised me was quality of the mattress. The topper is so soft and it has the cooling effect so it felt so good even on my hands. I let the mattress air out for 48 hours before trying it out. I definitely fell in love the first night. The quality is superb. I have very sensitive skin and itch a lot if my skin does not like the material and I have not once scratched. I love the softness of the topper, I like the firmness of it, where I don’t sink down and it isn’t difficult for me to get up. For me, the best part is the cooling aspect of the mattress. I sleep warm and having this cooling effect every night helps with having undisrupted sleep. I definitely would recommend this mattress to anyone who is looking for one. The mattress came in perfect shape, easy set up, quality is amazing and price you just can’t beat.

It has been years since I shopped for a mattress, so this was an adventure. I shopped locally as well as on Amazon and found the best buy was here. This mattress is so comfortable and just the right firmness. Price wise it was less than the comparable mattress available locally. I have slept on it for 3 weeks and still love it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a mid-price, soft to firm mattress.

This mattress feels fancy but doesn't break the bank. It's gives premium comfort, supports different sleeping positions, and keeps the body cool. Other beds would leave me feeling not fully rested when sleeping on certain side positions, but this bed allows me to sleep in any position and I always feel that I’ve had a great night sleep. The breathable and cooling fabric is especially helpful for sleeping partners who run on different body temperature, neither my partner nor I wake up feeling too hot or cold. The height of the bed is a bonus, as it adds regality to our bedroom for a great price. It will be hard to go to another mattress after sleeping on this one! We will be getting another one for our guest room in the near future!

This mattress is wonderful!! As someone with chronic back issues, it's difficult to find the right balance between too hard and too soft; too soft, there's not enough support - too hard, and it's too uncomfortable. This mattress has the best of both worlds! Not only did it arrive quickly, it also came surprisingly compact for such a large item (I've attached a picture of the box it arrived in). After unrolling it, it reshaped itself within around one and a half days. I was really worried that there might be a smell, but was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no odor at all! I tend to move around in my sleep a lot and have not woken up sore like I have with other mattresses :-) I cannot recommend this product enough!!

The media could not be loaded. "My husband and I could not recommend this mattress enough! Initally, it being a memory foam/gel bed, we were worried if this bed would be too soft. But just like the Goldilocks tale, it was just right! It was not too soft where you would sink in and be unable to get off, and nor was it too hard like sleeping on the floor. The bed was the perfect balance of softness from the memory foam and firmness of the gel. Our only regret is not going for the larger size!"

If you haven't set up one of these mattresses in a box before, there's tons of videos and info on line, and it's pretty straightforward. Start by taking the unopened box to the room where you'll be setting up the mattress. Remove the rolled up mattress from the box and lay it on the box spring. Next, remove the outer layer of plastic, unroll it, carefully cut the inner layer of plastic, and let it expand. The mattress is a little on the firm side (which I like). It's comfortable for side and back sleeping. We're quite happy with this mattress.
