Delivered in a good amount of time. Def worth the price. Little more firm than expecting but very nice support. Looks and feels nice, only issue is when unwrapping noticed a stain in the mattress, can see in photos. We needed a replacement mattress quickly, and this fit the bill. The mattress arrives rolled up inside a long, rectangular package. It's quite heavy and requires two people to move around easily. With that said, overall, it's easy to unpackage and set up. From my research prior to buying, "In.the.box" appears to be a reputable Indonesian manufacturer with global sales. I don't think they are well-known in the US though. The manufacturing quality seems top notch - quite surprising given the price of the mattress. Overall, we are very pleased with this mattress and give it 5 stars. Pros: * Easy to set up with 2 people. Just place on box spring or floor, then cut bag, unroll and wait 1 hour before laying on. * No smell * Well constructed * Cushiony without being too soft. Is it really "medium firm"? That's hard to say. * Matched US queen size box spring. * Sturdy enough around the perimeter to ensure you don't roll out of bed. * Excellent value Cons: * Best to have 2 people to move.     • Surprisingly Comfortable and Comparable with Traditional Mattress

Honestly, I was hesitant about getting this mattress. Traditionally, mattresses come in a non-rolled-up fashion -- more of a rectangular box. I have seen foam mattress toppers come in rolled-up, but a mattress with springs and all? There is no way this would be anywhere close to a traditional mattress. After unboxing (carefully cutting the box), pulling out the rolled-up mattress, and using the included protected razor to rip through the plastic wrapper, I poke a few (1/4") holes on one end of the second layer of plastic wrapper after I unroll it from the first wrapper. The first layer keeps the mattress in a rolled-up state. The second wrapper is like one of those very very large vacuum storage bags. I left the product alone for about 1 hour before I removed the last layer of plastic wrapper. I left the product alone for another hour. I made the mistake of unboxing it in the living room. I figured out that it would have been better to unbox it right on my old bedframe. It was a little more challenging to move the mattress because there were no handles and the mattress edge was not as solid as my old mattress. My old mattress was more than 10 years old and it has developed a tendency to roll me toward the center of the bed. When I move or bounce, the other person would feel the movement. Maybe it is because this is a new mattress, but I did not feel a force rolling me toward the middle of the bed, nor did the other person feel as disturbed by movement on my side of the bed. Initial impressions of having this mattress on top of a traditional box spring are as follows: - Mattress surface support and conforms well to the surface/curve of the whole body - More firm than just foam - Surprisingly comfortable I am truly impress and looking forward to provide longer-term updates in a year or so. ... show more

This is a wonderful mattress, great quality and is extremely comfortable! It fits perfectly on the correct size bed frame and does not require a box spring to accompany it. It does come vacuum sealed in a small, long shaped box, it is pretty heavy and awkward to move but is doable for one person to move and maneuver. I do suggest letting it sit out for several hours to get back to original shape and form from being packaged. Very good value and highly recommend! ... show more
