This is a great value for the money. I like the mattress a lot and only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it's a little too firm for me. It's amazingThey can get a huge mattress like this wrapped up the way they do, but it came undone easily and popped right back into shape.

The box is very heavy. It was left on my sidewalk at bottom of stairs to porch a day early. So that's great how I got it early but I had to move it up on porch so it didn't get wet. I had just had a heart attack so it was def over my lifting limit and was very hard to get in house with my wife's help. We have a little chihuahua and several leashes by door. I was able to strap one around each end with a handle and we were able to get it up to second floor so much easier. Once in place so easy to unwrap and place. Included cutter that opened it quick and easy and it inflated in place perfectly. Looks fantastic and even has handles on side for easier removal when it's time again for a new one. If firm yet soft like most reviews say...I will be extremely pleased...we will see in 48 hours!

Falls off on edges when you get near the side

Still moving in to my new apartment and I needed a Queen Mattress. Honestly I didn't feel like the hassle of dealing with a mattress store and delivery so I gambled on a bed in a box for the first time. Gotta say I'm quite impressed with the quality considering how compact the package was. I took a picture of it straight out of the box and it puffed up to nearly full size within only a few minutes. I did let the mattress rest and fully rise for almost a week before using it and testing in order to write this review. I got a hybrid version which means there are springs supporting your body which is important to me because I've got a bad back and I don't like the sinking feeling that a full memory foam mattress has. The 10 inch version should be a little bit more firm than the larger sizes and I'm happy to say that the mattress puffed up to about 9&3/4 inches which is right on the money. I sleep on my back and the support is great. Fantastic nights of sleep so far. I will say that the edges seem to depress a bit more than I think a mattress should but I haven't bought a bed frame to put it on yet so that might help with that slight issue. Overall very pleased with this purchase.
