The wine cooler looks nice. Compressor is relatively quiet. Just a faint, low hum when it's on. It does not run excessively. It easily fit all of the bottle lengths and diameters that I had. I measured energy usage, and it seems to be about 1 kW-hr per day. We had a major dent in it from shipping, but the seller was terrific in offering either to return it, or keep it with a discount. We kept it with the discount. They do need to package it better, with foam or some angle protection at the 4 corners.

When looking at the 28-bottle wine cooler, I was concerned with all the people who complained it would only hold 24 to 26 bottles. I went ahead and ordered the unit. As you can see from the pictures, I have no issues holding 28 750ml bottles. The Riesling bottles are taller, and I had to put four of them on the bottom horizontal rack that is designed for taller bottles. The unit is easy to operate (again, people complained about the front panel controls) and is very quiet. I would recommend it!

This product fits our space perfectly and has excellent capacity for its size and footprint. We did have a problem with the product that needed to be resolved, and the seller (STAIGIS) was very responsive in dealing with this. 5 stars for customer service.

I ordered and received this wine cooler. I followed the installation instructions. The wine cooler operated properly, however it was a little noisy and had a clunking sound when the compressor completed it's cycle. I emailed the company and they were responsive. They asked me to video the wine cooler during a cooling cycle. They tried to diagnosis the issue but could not come up with a solution. We agreed that I was not satisfied and they refunded my money. The customer service was first class.

We recently spent a day in Napa and purchased a couple of cases of wine and decided it was about time to store them properly, so we bought this refrigerator. It is a nice looking refer and fits in the little area we had designated for it. We needed to contact Customer Service with a question and they were very responsive. Setting the temp and moving between Fahrenheit and Celsius is super easy. We let it set for 48 hours before stocking it with wine (as is recommended) and set it for 55F. The temp has been maintained. We are very happy with our new Wine Refer/Cooler.

Fridge was delivered with a busted door. There is no replacement option, only a refund. You have to package and ship back yourself which is a pain. Avoid if you don't want to deal with the poor quality and horrible shipping and return process.

After doing an exhaustive search on the best beverage cooler and likely driving my wife to the brink of divorce by bringing the topic up so many times I finally settled on the Staigis 3.2 based on reviews as well as price and style/size. Shipping was really quick for a non prime item, I think it took maybe 5 days from when I ordered it to when it arrived. Unfortunately when I received my new fridge last week I noticed the trim around the door was chipped on one corner when I unpackaged it, which I'm assuming happened during shipping. When I reached out to Staigis customer support for a solution they were super helpful. Initially they offered to ship me a second fridge for free, but when I told them I would also be willing to live with the minor cosmetic damage on this one for a partial refund they went ahead and refunded me for the ENTIRE cost! Aside from the small chip the fridge itself is awesome; it holds temperature really well down to 38 degrees (which honestly feels even colder because my beers are ICE COLD) and it's extremely quiet. We have it in our bar area adjacent to our living room and you can't hear it at all when watching tv. I've only had it plugged in for about 1 week but it doesn't have any frosting issues so far and any fog on the glass disappears quickly when the door is closed again. I did have a slight buzzing/rattling sound when I first turned it on but I tightened the screws to the back plate and made sure the fridge was level and it went away. Just follow the directions when setting up and you'll be golden. Overall a great purchase (does this still count as a purchase?) and excellent customer service, I'd highly recommend if you're looking for a new beverage fridge!

The wine cooler when I first purchaed it purred along quite well but after 6 to 8 months it no longer purred, it became noisy and irritating .Its too late to return so I’ll have to keep on smacking it to tone down the noise.
