The wine cooler looks nice. Compressor is relatively quiet. Just a faint, low hum when it's on. It does not run excessively. It easily fit all of the bottle lengths and diameters that I had. I measured energy usage, and it seems to be about 1 kW-hr per day. We had a major dent in it from shipping, but the seller was terrific in offering either to return it, or keep it with a discount. We kept it with the discount. They do need to package it better, with foam or some angle protection at the 4 corners.

I waited some months to review to ensure I had enough time to really review the item. I love this wine fridge! It stay at the perfect temp at all times. It doesn’t leave any condensation. Sometimes I can hear it slightly buzzing, but I expected that like with any appliance. It holds quite a few bottles, even on the bottom shelf. Would definitely recommend!

I've been considering buying a wine fridge for quite some time. I typically keep a dozen or so bottles of white chilled at any given time and I was tired of having them take up so much space in my full-size refrigerator. I finally took the plunge and got this unit. It arrived pretty quickly, but was missing a part (that didn't affect operation of the unit). I reached out to the seller and they quickly responded back. They send me a replacement which arrived in a few weeks. The unit has been operating and maintaining temperature reliably for about a month now. I'm pleased with the purchase because not only did it free up room in my fridge, but keeping white chilled to the right temperature (which is higher than what a regular refrigerator is set to) has greatly enhanced my enjoyment of the wine drinking process! I never imagined it would be so noticeable, but the flavors are definitely enhanced and bolder. I don't think I could go back to not using a wine fridge.

We recently spent a day in Napa and purchased a couple of cases of wine and decided it was about time to store them properly, so we bought this refrigerator. It is a nice looking refer and fits in the little area we had designated for it. We needed to contact Customer Service with a question and they were very responsive. Setting the temp and moving between Fahrenheit and Celsius is super easy. We let it set for 48 hours before stocking it with wine (as is recommended) and set it for 55F. The temp has been maintained. We are very happy with our new Wine Refer/Cooler.

Fridge was delivered with a busted door. There is no replacement option, only a refund. You have to package and ship back yourself which is a pain. Avoid if you don't want to deal with the poor quality and horrible shipping and return process.

When looking at the 28-bottle wine cooler, I was concerned with all the people who complained it would only hold 24 to 26 bottles. I went ahead and ordered the unit. As you can see from the pictures, I have no issues holding 28 750ml bottles. The Riesling bottles are taller, and I had to put four of them on the bottom horizontal rack that is designed for taller bottles. The unit is easy to operate (again, people complained about the front panel controls) and is very quiet. I would recommend it!

Worked good and looked sharp. However after about 18 months the door seemed to have lost its insulation properties and started condensation. About 5 months later the condenser stopped altogether. I was afraid it wasn’t built to last more than a couple years but took the gamble because it was $100-200 cheaper than others. If it was still working the only other complaint I would have is 38F is the lowest you could set it. I would have preferred 34F seems picky but it does make a difference in coldness of drinks.
