I am going to give this a little time but....I followed everyone's directions to let the cooler sit for 24 hours. Plugged it in and it started right up. A couple of random things: **I thought the LED light did not work. How to turn it on was not clear. You need to press the lock button and then the light. It really does look quite nice. **Temperature doesn't seem to be accurate--I have it at 55 and has dropped as low as 49. When I kicked the temperature up a few degrees that didn't seem to help. I am using another thermometer in the cooler to monitor the temperature and it seems to fluctuate constantly. Now a day later, it is spot on! I just needed to be patient. **Staigis, the company making the cooler, provides a bogus email address on its website. No phone number and no way to reach them. To me that is a problem. When I thought the light wasn't working I tried to reach out to them. It is super quiet and on day three I am happy. If Staigis had a phone number and a good email address i would give this a 5 star review.

Hunted around quite a lot to find the maximum size fridge I could to fit in my pantry. I cut part of the lower shelf out to fit it in perfectly to feel built in. I didn’t want to get a fridge that forced me to also cut the second shelf so I’m glad I found this one. It maximized the amount of drinks I could hold in the smallest footprint for my needs. Time will tell if the quality/longevity is good but so far it’s great. Clean, good design, functions and arrived without a single scratch. The LED looks great too!

After doing an exhaustive search on the best beverage cooler and likely driving my wife to the brink of divorce by bringing the topic up so many times I finally settled on the Staigis 3.2 based on reviews as well as price and style/size. Shipping was really quick for a non prime item, I think it took maybe 5 days from when I ordered it to when it arrived. Unfortunately when I received my new fridge last week I noticed the trim around the door was chipped on one corner when I unpackaged it, which I'm assuming happened during shipping. When I reached out to Staigis customer support for a solution they were super helpful. Initially they offered to ship me a second fridge for free, but when I told them I would also be willing to live with the minor cosmetic damage on this one for a partial refund they went ahead and refunded me for the ENTIRE cost! Aside from the small chip the fridge itself is awesome; it holds temperature really well down to 38 degrees (which honestly feels even colder because my beers are ICE COLD) and it's extremely quiet. We have it in our bar area adjacent to our living room and you can't hear it at all when watching tv. I've only had it plugged in for about 1 week but it doesn't have any frosting issues so far and any fog on the glass disappears quickly when the door is closed again. I did have a slight buzzing/rattling sound when I first turned it on but I tightened the screws to the back plate and made sure the fridge was level and it went away. Just follow the directions when setting up and you'll be golden. Overall a great purchase (does this still count as a purchase?) and excellent customer service, I'd highly recommend if you're looking for a new beverage fridge!

The black reservoir container wasn’t in its correct place so I had to call the company and they emailed me back and told me where it fit to catch the water due to any leaks Or condensation
