    • Has the Brake Lever on The Handle Bar That Walmart Bikes Don't Have

Great bike, a lot of the ones at walmart don't have the handlebar brake. They only have the pedal backwards brake. Which my son didn't trust and so he was scared to go downhill with his walmart bike. This one gave him more confidence because he could slow down with the brake on the handle bars that he could squeeze with his hand. A crucial feature bikes need for young kids learning how to ride bikes. They usually don't put them to keep manufacturing costs down for higher profit margins. I went to walmart and target looking for a small bike that had a handle bar brake lever before buying this bike and I couldn't find one. Only the larger bikes come with them. So I ordered this one to replace his hand me down walmart bike that we had that only had the pedal backwards brake. ... show more

Loved this bicycle. It is very good quality. Very sturdy. I love that the tires are very thick and strong. Very cute and it was the perfect size for my 2.5 year old. We got the 12 inch for him and it is perfect! He rides it every single day and seems really comfortable on it. It is easy to maneuver! Took about an hour to put together but that is with kids:) We also have a 14 inch for our other child that’s almost 4 and it is very nice! ... show more

This is a well-built children’s bike that comes with everything you need for assembly, which made setup pretty straightforward. It feels sturdy overall and is a great size—perfect for a 5-year-old. One downside is the paint quality. It’s fairly thin and scratches easily, sometimes down to the metal even with light contact. It doesn’t seem as durable as higher-end bikes that can handle a bit more wear without showing damage. That said, the brakes work well enough, and the bike rides smoothly.
