Rose Velvet 130 is a very flattering neutral brown. I was looking for a color like this! It's not too dark and not too pale like many nudes. My skin is fair with neutral undertones, and many nudes are too pale for me, washing me out too much. I wish to thank the other reviews in helping me to choose this color. I really like the Revlon super lustrous cremes. They are nice and creamy and have great color payoff. There is no scent directly under your nose, which bothers me...many color choices too! ... show more

Gorgeous color, which nobody else makes that I know of. But it's not as heavily saturated in pigment as other lipsticks like Colourpop, Flower or Essence, which are the same price range. Too bad as it breaks down faster, so 4 stars.
