Great to have a plethora of good alternatives to walking into the Toyota dealership and paying $425 for their alternator which I'm sure is also rebuilt. Alternators are such a simple mechanical part that there is no real reason to get a new one rather than using the original Toyota housing with new bearings and possibly windings. No problem so far with this alternator whatsoever.
