From the time I bought this thing it was a hassle. The worst press I have ever tried to operate. I am a small business owner and lost money everyday I had this. Customer support was horrible and I felt like wouldn’t help me then within a few weeks ended up getting someone to help me get a return label and due to being busy with back orders and trying to play catch up for so much wasted time I never was able to return in the time frame and now have a $200(ish) paper weight. It just pisses me off every time I look at it. **Please don’t waste your money!!**

Machine quit working completely and won’t turn on after barley a year old. I’ve had an issue with it before and was told it had a lifetime warranty and I guess that was a lie.

The product is good. I wish it had come with other attachments for the price but for the most part it is a pretty good product. I am thinking about purchasing a different kind of tumbler press just because. Although I think this one is good I am not convinced and I think I can find something a little better. But again, this is a pretty good product.
