    • Definitely wouldn’t waste my money
From the time I bought this thing it was a hassle. The worst press I have ever tried to operate. I am a small business owner and lost money everyday I had this. Customer support was horrible and I felt like wouldn’t help me then within a few weeks ended up getting someone to help me get a return label and due to being busy with back orders and trying to play catch up for so much wasted time I never was able to return in the time frame and now have a $200(ish) paper weight. Machine quit working completely and won’t turn on after barley a year old. I’ve had an issue with it before and was told it had a lifetime warranty and I guess that was a lie.

At first I had no idea what I was doing when using this, but got better. Only problem was, the temperature kept going up and down, it never stayed at the set temperature. Other than that, it’s been really good!
