Great product, fast shipping, great packaging. PROS: This is one powerful pump at high speed, so be sure you have the hose secured in whatever container you're pumping into. It's very easy for one person to use, even for those like me, with disabilities. It has adjustable speeds with a hands free button and takes less than 3 minutes to empty a 55-gallon drum of water at the highest speed. The hose is sturdy and easily attaches to the unit with no leaks. I was in awe the first time I used it because of the speed and ease of use. This pump is well built and I hope it lasts for years, instead of months like a lot of new products on the market. CONS: The power cord isn't very long, maybe 2-3 feet. A longer cord would be ideal to be able to secure it away from the liquid you're pumping. The hose that comes with it needs to be at least 10 feet long, as you have to be pretty close to the container you're pumping into because it's only about 5 feet long. It would be great if the seller would advise of the length of the hose or give an option of hose lengths to receive with the pump, so I could have bought the length I needed at the time of purchase instead of days later from another seller. Also, it would be great if the manufacturer could somehow put a layer of rubber on the end that sits in the bottom of the drum, as it slides around if you're not holding it steady. ... show more
