    • So comfortable, exactly how it’s pictured
So comfortable! The back is a little short and not sure how good it would do if it wasn’t placed against a wall with the stability of the back, but if it’s against a wall it’s perfect! Got one box after 2 days and the other two boxes the next day. Very easy to put together and we love it!

The furniture is cheap..plastic zippers are broken the sewing of the seams are tragically sewen together, the sofa is 5 inches from the floor, it looks like fake furniture. It's not fit for regular size humans, and Amazon denied my refund for furniture that was falsely advertised as nice and comfortable. I would have never purchased from China. It's embarrassing. I got scammed and it's causing me anxiety and stress and depression. I had the worst Mother's day because the furniture isn't fit for seating. Do not purchase anything from Amazon. The customer video about this furniture is fraudulent. And I'm on a fixed income, with disabilities. With no refund for this trash. ... show more

We've had this couch for almost a year, and it doesn't really get any more comfortable than when you first open it. And like others have mentioned, it's small. I'm 5ft and it fits me but I don't feel like I'm sinking into it. We needed something so it was fine, but I think we'll be upgrading soon.

After eight months of use, I would not recommend this couch. It lacks proper back support, and two of the pillow zippers have already broken. While it was easy to assemble and might work as a temporary solution, it isn't worth the price for long-term use. It would be much better if the pillows were thicker. ... show more

love the color...got the green, but it has blue and gray under tones. perfect for my rug. also comfy and sturdy. putting it together was an ordeal. plan to add velcro to keep pillows in place. update: velcro not needed. pillows stay in place. still loving it.

I was so excited when the couch arrived a day or two earlier than I expected. I love the color and it was only took about an hour to an hour and a half to put together with help from a friend! It goes together so easily and will come apart easily if or when I move. It’s extremely comfortable! My own complaint is that the back support is too short as you can see from the second picture I will post. While the pillows add a little height to the couch, it seems like this couch is meant to sit against a wall for extra back support! Overall I am happy with the purchase! ... show more

    • Terrible quality. Terrible support. Couldn't last a year.
The chaise cushions came vacuum packed with a warning that cutting them open would cause a denied refund request. So if you receive a faulty cushion or it starts breaking down in 6 months, well you're s.o.l. because you cut the packaging open. I should've stopped there and started a return but I didn't. So let's get into this.. the back of the couch is incredibly low. The loose back pillows are embarrassingly unsupportive, loose filling pillows that should've been dense foam instead. You'll find yourself sliding and sliding down because they just deflate against your back. Then they give you 4 matching lumbar pillows. I was using 2 for my 1 seat. One at my back and one squished between my shoulders and the back pillow in an attempt to heighten the back support. Out of 4 lumbar pillows, 1 pillow zipper busted in less than 2 months and another busted later. Both in less than a year. Once busted they also lose any support they had to offer. The bottom seats have 2 cushioning types as seen in photos. The bottom part is the only quality bit you'll find on this entire sofa. The top part again sinks under any weight, from my bodybuilding husband to my 40lb little girl. You would think this is what you want in a cloud couch til it's lumpy and deformed in less than a year and completely dented in the spot my son and I like to sit in. The top layer of the bottom cushion, having no real density to it allows the top pillow to sink behind that top layer. So as you settle in for the evening, the back cushion that you fluff and put back into place on top of the bottom cushion, starts sliding down. And you'll slump with it. By the end of my night, i am less on my buttocks and more on my lower spine because this stupid couch filler is so incredibly bad! You might think you can avoid this by flipping the cushions. That is the benefit to having loose cushions but nope! The chaise seats are not interchangeable, and all cushions have cheap, black fleece on the under/back side. So you will not be able to turn them around, or change sides on the seats. The chenille fabric is decent. I have 2 dogs and both have snagged the fabric a few times. I come back in and snip the snags or may be lucky enough to needle them back down flat. To make the back more supportive I bought large floor pillows, made with denser foam. Those are between the back frame and the back cushion to offer a little more support. However this causes problems for the middle seats since they push those original back cushions out more and leaves less sitting space for the middle seats. The right side armrest is now loose so I will have to take it apart and find where I can tighten it back. I just went back and double checked the date I bought this stupid thing. It was $612 for me at the time by the way and I purchased it April 12 2025. It's just a month over a year old and i am looking for replacements already. I can only imagine it's so cheap now so the seller can get rid of this terrible product and move on to something else of low value. Do not buy this couch!! ... show more
