I love this couch. There were a few things I needed to do to get it to the point where I was satisfied. First off, the setup was pretty easy did not take long at all. The fabric is super soft. I purchased the cream color and it’s a beautiful cream. It does pull more to the warm side rather than an off-white. The sofa is extremely comfortable. The chaise are awesome. They’re not terribly long. I have on the shorter side of legs, so they’re perfect for me but someone with really long legs they would definitely hang off the ends. The bottom cushions fluff up very nicely. The back cushions are rather thin, so I did stuff them with an inexpensive bed pillow. It does sit lower to the floor, but not in a bad way. I have purchased higher legs for it in a natural wood, which goes with the rest of my furniture in the room. I may or may not use them depending on how difficult it is to attach them. The back of the sofa is not cushioned. I saw suggestions of putting some sort of cushioning on them in the future. I may get some foam and put it back there, but it is not a dealbreaker. The height of the back is relatively low so if you are looking for something with a higher back, this may not be the sofa for you. I love this couch! Great quality for the price. I assembled myself in a few hours. Perfect size. Love the material of the cloth and the pillows. It is a bit thin and could use a little more cushioningz especially on the back part. It is a little lower than I imagined, and I had to pull away from the wall a bit more because people were frequently hitting their heads. I wish the back was a little higher and more cushioned. I did buy white which is lovely and looks just as pictured but I'm afraid to stain it! I get compliments on it all the time. Just needs to be a bit taller and more cushioning. ... show more

The Beck of the couch is very low and make with a metal pipe, so it's a bit uncomfortable if you want to sit back against something sturdy. The back pillows are also basically empty, no stuffing, flat. As well as the pillows that cover the arm rest. The pillows that you sit on have loads of stuffing so, idk. Couch is horrible and don’t let me get started on the return process which is impossible because it has to be in the original package. This seller gave me a hassle about trying to return this couch. It’s hard as a rock with no back support at all and sits almost to the ground. This a very misleading product. Wish I would have listened to the negative reviews before paying $600 for this. After sharing my grievances and offering to send it back on my expense they were offering me $15 to keep the couch. After going back and forth for a week the agreed to give me only $100 back for it! I’m highly disappointed in this seller and Amazon cuz I never write reviews. Take my advice don’t do it! ... show more

Love! Super comfy, great price, customer service was great. The back cushions, as others mentioned are thin, but I just bought a few $5 pillows from target and stuffed them and it makes the couch look much more high end. Very happy.

Overall, it’s a good couch and I’m satisfied with the purchase. The comfort is decent, the material feels good quality, and it looks really nice in the living room. The biggest downside is the back cushions, which came very thin and lacking enough stuffing, making the back support less comfortable than expected. To fix this, I bought extra foam filling and added more stuffing to each cushion, as you can see in the photo. Thankfully, there’s a zipper on the back cushions, so it was very easy to open them and add extra filling. After doing that, the couch became much more comfortable. So if you prefer softer and more padded back cushions, I definitely recommend buying extra foam filling and adding more stuffing yourself. ... show more
