2 of the brushes came with the hairs splayed apart making those 2 unusable for the reasons I needed them. One is a finer brush which hurts my needs a bit more. Still the rest seem pretty good so it's not a major issue. Using with models so small details are where I wanted to use these brushes.

Obsessed with this kit. it's everything you need and more without cluttering your space. The storage bag has been very helpful for me - a person with adhd who constantly loses and collects things. I paired this with a beginner watercolor kit I also got on amz from another vendor. I love to use both in the jazz clubs of NYC and coffee shops, painting the live scenes. So fun! Enjoy!

Paint peels off on the handles easily. I clean AND dry my brushes, but if they touch water for any amount of time while you are painting, they will start to flake paint off. I love them otherwise! The bristles paint very well and give good details that is why I give it partial stars.
