Bought two of these for our church Pumpkin Patch in late Summer. They arrived promptly, but both shipping boxes were pretty seriously damaged. Some damage had occurred to the tubing of the frame as well. I took the tubing out of the boxes, inspected inventoried it. Found one corner piece had been lost in shipping due to a hole torn in the a box. I contacted the seller by email ( they had already contacted me inquiring if all was well) with pictures of the damaged tubes and the box before opening it. Within four days I had replacement parts for everything that was damaged or missing. No argument at all, and quick delivery. This equipment was exactly as advertised. Was in service for six weeks without any issue at all, and looks to be ready for years of additional service. The only suggestion I could offer is to have some sort of storage arrangement for when it's taken down. The shipping box was destroyed (besides you can almost never get anything back into the original container once its been used for a month) I've ended up building a plywood storage box to hold it. The longest tubes are just over six ft. , easy to put together, but difficult to find storage. ... show more

Arrived in good condition The metal poles are sturdy and well galvanised. The diagonal braces add to its stability, which is good, given its eight legs. But anchoring needs improvement. On my gravel ground I imrovised by making "spike anchors" from big nails and a plumbing nipple. See photo. It seems to work okay. The tiny anchors provided are good for a laugh, so I used some long, heavy duty screw in anchors from a hardware store and thin steel cables for guide wires in addition to the ropes provided.. The tarp canopy looks strong and well made, although the fringes look sloppy. The instruction were okay, but more photo images would have been helpful. The price is reasonable. All told, it is a good product, so I recommend it, but for the long-term you need to add some improvements, at additopnal expense. But personally I would buy it again. ... show more

We used this tent on our deck over Thanksgiving. It worked exceptionally well, and was a fraction of the cost of renting a tent. We did have one of the poles bend during shipping, but the company sent us a new pole via free expedited shipping with no problem.

I purchased this carport to put up on my side yard for a little outdoor gym. It works perfectly for my application. During installation two of the bars got bent. I was pretty upset with myself for not being more careful during install. After I cooled off I messaged the vendor asking if I could get replacement pieces and they shipped me the spares at no cost. Jenna from EDeck was very helpful and responsive through the whole thing. All in all, I recognize this is not sturdy enough to be a permanent structure, it isn't designed to be, but it is a great value for what you get. ... show more
