This is the second canopy I purchase. The customer service is awesome, however the product can use some improvement not bad for the price though. After like 4 or 5 months some of the vehicles ripped off I contacted the seller by next day I had a response, and they told me that they would send me a new sidewall. I got this canopy for camping. So far so good. I really love the idea of having shade while camping so this is perfect for us. It is easy to set up and I believe we will get a lot of good use out of this canopy for many years to come.

This is a great product especially if you just need Temporary shade! It's very durable. There are a lot of pieces to put it together but it's not too bad! I would buy especially if your on a budget.
