  • A Must-Have Alignment Upgrade for GMT800 Trucks and SUVs
TL;DR: For around $23, these are one of the best suspension upgrades and maintenance items you can buy for GMT800 trucks and SUVs. They are significantly better than the factory alignment cam pins and perform the same job as some popular off-road brand versions that cost two to three times more. 1. Why These Matter Many owners don't even realize these exist until they fall out or cause alignment issues. The factory cam pins are known for: Working loose Falling out Creating alignment headaches Making future adjustments more difficult These upgraded versions help eliminate that problem. If you're: Getting an alignment Replacing control arms Installing a lift Refreshing suspension components This is the perfect time to install them. 2. Real World Quality I've used these and honestly don't see any meaningful difference compared to some of the popular off-road brand versions selling for significantly more money. The design is proven. The fitment is good. The function is exactly what it should be. Sometimes you're simply paying extra for a logo. 3. Installation Tips These must be pressed into place. I've installed them successfully using: Small C-clamps Vice grips Both methods work well. One tip that makes installation easier: Use a properly sized nut or spacer over the back side while pressing them in. This gives the pin somewhere to travel without binding, deforming, or damaging itself during installation. Take your time and they go in easily. 4. Why They're Worth Doing This is one of those small upgrades that can save frustration later. For the price, you're improving: Alignment reliability Suspension serviceability Long-term durability And considering how common the factory pins are to loosen or disappear over time, it's cheap insurance. 5. Value At roughly $23 for a pack of 10, you get far more than most people will need. You'll have: Spares for future repairs Extras for another vehicle Some left over to help a friend out Hard to complain about that. 6. Pros Much better than factory cam pins Excellent value Easy to install Helps prevent alignment issues Great during suspension refreshes Comparable to much more expensive off-road brands Includes plenty of extras 7. Final Verdict If you're already working on your front suspension or heading in for an alignment, install these and be done with it. They're inexpensive, easy to install, and solve a known weakness in the factory setup. For around $23, this is one of those upgrades that simply makes sense. Rating: 5 out of 5 Stars ... show more

  • Good quality alignment cam pins that fit the GM trucks perfectly
These Aomitop upper arm alignment cam pins are a solid replacement option for the early‑2000s GM trucks. The machining is clean, the metal feels strong, and the dimensions match the factory hardware used on Silverado and Sierra suspension setups. They slide into place without fighting them (too much), and everything locks in securely the way it should. Vise-grips and a short socket are the only install tools needed - assuming the upper control arm is already out of the way. If you’re refreshing the front end or correcting camber/caster on a 1999–2018 Silverado or Sierra, these do exactly what they’re supposed to. They’re a simple part, but getting ones that fit correctly and don’t feel flimsy makes a big difference when you’re dialing in alignment. Reliable, well‑made, and worth using during any suspension rebuild or upgrade. ... show more
