My Rockwood Freedom pop up had plenty of room in the ceiling fixtures for an easy install of these lamps (once I figured out that the lamp lens has to slide away from the base before it pops out...) Somewhat brighter than the incandescents I was replacing. Unidirectional (down facing) , broader light pattern, and far more efficient. Lamp 1 doesn't dim any more when I turn on lamp 2.
