I loved the feeling of writing on actual paper while using the reMarkable, but the tip of the pen wearing out quickly was always an issue. So, I had been searching for a pen tip that could maintain its condition for a long time, and eventually, I came across this one. This product features a tip made of steel, allowing it to last for an extended period. Initially, I was concerned that the steel tip's friction would differ from plastic, making the writing feel less like paper and more slippery. However, after trying it out, I found that it felt no different from using the original plastic tip. I was very impressed with this product. The product is reasonably priced and even comes with plastic tips, so I could switch between them depending on my preference. When I wanted the sensation of writing on paper, I used the plastic tip, and when I preferred a smoother writing experience, I used the steel tip. I highly recommend this product to everyone because it offers great value for money and comes with multiple pen tips, ensuring long-term usability. ... show more

    • Fiber nibs very close to oem, work well, the metal ones not for me
The plastic nibs are slightly 'grainier' feeling than the original remarkable ones, and have a slightly more rounded profile (but the line thickness doesn't seem different). However they feel like they have slightly less friction as well than the original. If you note extensive use of the word 'slightly' it's because the differences really are very small! I would be quite happy using the fiber nibs as an alternative to the OEM ones. Now, the metal tip does slid more easily and so I more like a ballpoint pen than a pencil. But it isn't a big difference and I would be concerned that the expensive original pen may not be designed to work with these and so without any significant benefits to using metal (I like the pencil like feel of fibre tips) then I will stick with the fiber ones. ... show more
