This is an excellant antenna! I'm a HAM operater, General class. KN4AGN. It has a nut to move up and down to change the SWRs, and it works very well! I use it for both, 10 and 11 meters. Everyone says I sound very loud and clear. I run 100watts 10 meters, and 120watts on 11. It looks like a quarter wave antenna, and gets a surprisingly good radiation pattern. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it does not come with a mounting bracket. You'll have to buy one separetly. Also, and I'm not sure if this was just mine, but there is a bolt, and lock nut that doesn't fit very well. I ended up cutting the bolt about 5mm shorter, and the bolt, also about 5mm shorter so they create a tight fit now. Hope this problem is not on yours! If it is, it is a simple fix with a hack saw. I highly reccomend this antenna. Especially if you're a lady who doesn't want a "light pole" attached like some CB whips seem to be! ... show more
