This is way better than I thought. The couch Pillows are kind of stiff but that's what bed pillows are for. Pillows are good for the back though. Couch feels nice and comfortable. Please get the ottoman you will not regret. The size was perfect for my place...measure before buying. It looks great with the grey even when I don't sit in it. Good for children who bounce a lot. Obviously super easy to set up. Literally just unbox and unwrap the plastic and they set up within a few hours. Surprisingly firm and very comfortable. It is all one heighth. I bought this couch because my previous couch was horrible for naps. This couch is way, way better. The seating area is deep and comfy, and seating is quite comfortable. The big difference for me was when you wanna take a nap. I'm not a small guy at 6'1" and 265, but I can easily fall asleep on this couch with a pillow, and still not have to curl myself into the fetal position. If it holds up, and remains firm and supportive, I will be extremely happy with it. The only detractors in my mind, it sits very low, which makes it a little difficult for a larger individual to get up, and the back rests are low, so if you're not wanting to have your couch against the wall, makes reclining a bit uncomfortable. This is super easy to set up. Open the boxes and arrange your pieces. I think each piece is roughly 40lbs, which makes it very easy to set in the room. ... show more

Took all of two days to deliver! Came in three boxes and immediately expanded. Super easy to put togather. Love the cup holders, remote holders, and the sides have notebook holders. Perfect ottoman as extra chair or doubles to make full size bed. I’m sure with the memory foam it’s going to conform to shape after awhile but nice piece for a good 5-years. ... show more

Great couch for the money! It arrived quickly and looked just like the picture after we opened it. I wish the back was higher but over all really nice. The only issue was the chaise was flat after we opened it, we waited 24 hours to see if it would expand but it didn’t. I emailed the company and with in 5 days I had a replacement, no question asked. Love it! Soft and firm, color isn’t as dark as I thought but that’s okay. Easy to unpack and put together. Definitely didn’t wait to lay on it so hopefully it doesn’t harm if but it seemed to fully (atleast mostly) inflate immediately
