But now, I have come to the conclusion that I've made a great decision. Just awesome!! Added on 2/3/24: The sofa is nice & firm. It does not sink down when you sit, which is what I like. I am 5'8" & I fit comfortably on the chaise section & when it is pulled out into a bed. I am only giving this 4 stars for now because I just got it and I need some time using it before I can give a real review, but so far, for the first day with it, I am pleasantly surprised at how great it looks and how comfortable it is. I rarely write reviews, but I rely heavily on them to make decisions about purchases so I thought it a good idea to write one for a change if it will help someone. I looked for weeks at many sectionals online and on Amazon before I settled on this one. I liked it because of the headrests. Most of these sectionals seem too low to the ground and low back for humans over 5’7, so that feature really appealed to me. I am 5’8 and my husband is 6’4 and we both have long legs and the sofa is not too low to the ground at all for us. We thought we might need additional risers but not necessary. The feet that came with it sufficiently raise it up enough for comfort. It is a good size for the room I am using it in. It is smaller than the previous reclining sectional we had, which took up most of our living room, but I wouldn’t consider it small. And it is pleasantly firm. I thought I wanted a cloud-like fluffy feel because this will be my hang-out, lazing around watching tv sofa, but I really appreciate the firmness of this sectional. It is comfortable and I can add some big fluffy pillows for that soft sinking feel when I want that. I just got this today (a week earlier than the projected delivery) and it was pretty heavy even for my husband and I. Probably not so tough for a couple of young folks. I put it together by myself just using the video on the Amazon page as there were no instructions included. Although I seem to be missing 2 of the feet for the ottoman, it was easy and relatively quick to assemble. The seller was great at communicating after we placed the order and just before delivery. We’ll see how they respond to the missing foot issue. I’ll update after I’ve had it a while, but this is my new sanctuary in our house and I plan to make good use of it so we’ll see how the sofa holds up. Update: I found the missing feet and the instructions! Be sure to carefully check the zippered compartment under the side sectional. Those feet were hiding. ... show more

This couch exceeded my expectations. Very nice quality. Seems to be durable, easy to put together, arrived within just a few days of ordering. The texture is nice a seems to be much easier to keep clean than normal fabric!

Exactly as described. Shipping and delivery was seemless, someone contacted me right away to comfirm the address. Then again to set up a delivery time. It was delivered in 3 boxes, and set up was easy. It is very dark grey firm but comfortable. Very pleased with it

This couch is perfect for my reading room! Plenty of space for me and my fur babies to read, lounge, and escape into a good book! Easy to assemble. The only difficulty was lugging it up a flight of stairs. Time to girl out and buy a million squishy pillows to accent it!

I'm really happy with this purchase. I've had this sectional for about 2 1/2 weeks now and all is well. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars because it didn't come with predrilled holes but it did have a outline that was a little confusing/off lined. I had to get in contact with the seller, the person I talked to was very helpful and responded quickly. When drilling the holes I felt a little uneasy because following the outline placed some of the drilling holes where the wood connects to each other but it's holding so far. The cushions/seats: I LOVE the fact that they don't move or come off (trauma from my last sofa, lol) I deliberately looked for a sectional that didn't have removable seats. The fabric is very comfortable and soft, the seats themselves are very sturdy (that was something else I was hoping for). The armrest where the two extra seats/stools are keep: I wish it had a pre-installed tray and or cup holder(s) since there is the space. That's the reason for the second and third pictures. The Ottoman has lots of storage! Overall love the couch ... show more
