Great bike. Looks awesome. Rides awesome. Very fast. I’ve had it at 34 MPH. I am 170 lbs. seat is very comfortable. The bike came missing a small rubber washer that covers the battery port and had scratched on the front fender but manufacture was quick to send replacements. Make sure you read the owners manual and if you need any help email them on the email provided in the manual. The email on their website does not work. So far very pleased with the bike. It’s a big bike. I would not get this is You’re shorter than 5’-7in. Although it’s foldable I would recommend a hitch rack as it is relatively heavy to lift. Every now and then it’s ok but it does take up a lot of space. Also it was pretty easy to set up. Took me about 20 minutes. I have a prosthetic leg so owning an ebike is a game changer for me. This bike is literally everything it claims to be. Its quick on the take off, which would be the 1000 watt motor and just keeps getting better. The position of the buttons is great as they are right where you want them. Without much though you can easily change peddle assist levels on the fly. I like the horn, its not so loud to be annoying but enough to be heard. The daytime running light is a great safety feature, it brings attention to you coming down a path. I really like the way the bike folds its easy with no big clamp on the side to get in the way. Its a very comfortable bike to ride. I like as your slowing down on a hill the motor gently kicks in like its pushing you up the incline with no effort. It doesn’t weigh anymore or less than other ebikes iin its class, you simply remove the battery so to take off extra weight. The bike’s performance is everything they advertise. A huge difference is when you call for full throttle it will only give you that for the peddle assist level your in. I think that is a great safety feature. I would say this bike really priced good and a great value for what you get. I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone looking for a slightly more modern looking bike. ... show more

Really good bike, strong and fast. It came heavier than I expected but I'm getting used to it. When you fold it it's pretty tough to load in car. lucky for me i dont have to fold it, it fits in my 08 accord with me only having to fold the handlebars down. The media could not be loaded. I initially gave this bike a bad review but after working with the seller I am revising my review to give you honest and balanced feedback. Pros: having 2 batteries is a game changer. The ability to charge one and use the other of fast swap is a big deal. The seat is very comfortable. Headlight is powerful. Set up was easy. Shipping was quick. Construction is sturdy. Ride is comfortable. Quick pickup, powerful and responsive brakes. Metal pedals when most are plastic. The design is BEAUTIFUL. It is useful that it folds. Cons: The first huge con is that this bike is not 2200W or even 2000W. It is a 1000W motor. This was my biggest problem because it is less than half what they market it as. They apologized and gave me a $106 partial refund for the trouble quickly. It is marketed as having 36mph top speed which is not possible beacause i tested it at top speed with no weight, letting the rear wheel float and maxed out at 32mph. On a flat road I got 31mph and I am 6'1 / 198lbs. The instructions are in broken english so it is hard to follow and mentions modifying speed limiter but I could not get to it. The bike is very heavy so if you are shorter than 5'-10" and are not pretty strong, this bike is not for you. It has a narrow turn radius which is cumbersome getting in and out of elevators. I got a flat within 1 hour of driving on the road due to a piece of tire with wire sticking out of it. Had to Uber XL it back home. I don't blame them for that but keep in mind that fix a flat does not work and makes a huge mess. I was able to clean it up and patch it, looking into more hardcore self healing tubes. ... show more
