Ok, I should have read this a little better. I thought it was just the cork, but this set is a whole shrink wrap set. It still looks like a good product and I may use it, but the really strange thing is it only comes with a few corks and 100 shrink wraps. I would much want the same amount of both. Also I need to do more research as best use of this product.

The capsule seals work as well as any others that I have used. I use a heat gun to shrink them and they shrink quickly and look good. I like the 2 color options of the capsules. The wine cork stoppers are convenient to close open bottles of wine to store until the next day. These cork stoppers are not for long term wine storage like corks. They are intended to close open bottles of wine until the next day or whenever you're going to drink it. These corks do not seal tight enough for longer term wine storage.

I brew my own wine at home, and these are great for giving my finished bottles a professional appearance! The color is as pictured, and they came packaged well, with no crushing of the seals. The seals shrink well with a blow dryer on high heat. There is a pull tab on the seals for convenience when opening. I haven’t used the corks, as I prefer to use natural corks for longer storage. I’m sure these stoppers would work fine to store a bottle of wine in the fridge for a few days after opening. I am happy with this order.

Exactly what I was looking for! We like to have a glass of wine with dinner, but rarely finish an entire bottle in one sitting. It's often hit or miss on what we get the next day trying to reseal it with just the cork, so I've been looking for something to help preserve the wine longer. The heat shrink capsules are absolutely perfect for this purpose and have kept the wine fresh until we're ready to use it again. The capsules are very user friendly and respond exceptionally well to heat (although it did take a couple of tries to get the technique down perfect) I haven't had the opportunity use the cork stoppers yet as I still prefer to use the original wine bottle cork, but they look as though they'd do a good job of sealing the bottle ---at least short term -- should the need arise.

I know these are designed to reseal wine bottles for cruises but I have used them so far to reseal unfinished bottles and they work great. As with any wine however once opened it starts a clock even being resealed so I wouldn't recommend sticking it back in the fridge for a week after opening but for a day or 2 its great. I don't know how often I will reuse the heat shrink covers but they look very legit and in testing worked very well. There is a bit of a noticable seam where the cap and bottle meet but I believe unless your looking for it or already knew it was capped it would mostly go unnoticed.

First let me say I do like the quality of the heat shrink capsules. With gentle heat from a hair dryer, they shrink to a perfect fit giving a very professional look to your bottled wine. The T-shaped stopper as you can see in the picture has a diameter of 2 1/2” whereas the cork is 2 7/8”(a #8 cork). I experienced a bit of a cap creep after a few days with these stoppers which caused concern and negated long term storage. All is not lost though, as the T-Stoppers would be fine to seal already opened bottles for further enjoyment.
