I hadnt used a buffer this small before and am used to those big, block buffers to smooth out my acrylics but I am obsessed with these now! They’re the perfect size to throw in my purse if I need to, and I love that the color doesn’t transfer onto my nails because I use a lot of light acrylic colors. They work really well, and I usually only use them for one set of acrylics or a few times before tossing so they are way more hygienic than trying to reuse big block buffers for a couple sets. Definitely repurchasing! I only do my own nails but I feel like these would be perfect for nail techs who would need to swap buffers for each client. They work great on acrylics and smoothing gel polish.

These are not what is advertised. The advertised grit # is 180/100. This is not accurate. PLEASE NOTE: The HIGHER the number the smoother the grit. These mini buffers are DEFINITELY NOT 180; most likely 80/100. The one side is much too coarse to use on the natural nail. It will ruin your natural nails!!! 100 is also too coarse for the natural nail. You may be able to knock it down by rubbing it on the bottom of a ceramic mug and then GENTLY use it on the natural nail. They also stink from some kind of chemical - maybe the glue they use over there to adhere the layers together, which is smelling up the whole room. This odor is very apparent when you first open the package.
