I was getting sunburns in southern Florida, so I purchased these sleeves. Perfect! Easy to slip over my arms. I typically walk for an hour in the hot sun... so no more sunburn if I where these awesome sleeves. Now before a walk,I only spray on a tiny amount of sun protection onto the back of my hands, and rub in. The sleeves are easy to hand wash and air dry. They fit extremely tight for what was mentioned in the size chart. I also ordered large and they still sent me medium, which was apparently medium for an anorexic child because there’s no chance they were going to fit my arm.

Something that my docs recommend for my skin issues is to keep a light covering on as much as possible, and to cover after applying a prescription cream, when inflamed. These sleeves will fit my needs perfectly. I am so happy! They aren't too loose, or too tight. I made a joke in one of my reviews that the item was truly the Goldilocks product, and...yes. These fit firmly enough to not fall, but are not too tight. The fabric is a pleasant smooth cotton. They suggest handwashing, which I will do, as the price is plenty (but not outlandish) per pair at $29.99. As I grabbed photos to demonstrate: I was pleased that using these is not obvious. They simply look like a long sleeved shirt under my t-shirt. This will work out well. I'm gonna go follow the instructions, and launder them before my true first wearing. I'm 5'9, 190lb, quite fit, with 15 or 16" biceps. I chose size large, and I am pleased with the fit. I don't think I'm THAT big, and my arms certainly aren't as long as someone quite a bit taller, so I'd be careful ordering these if you you're much larger or longer than me. I think these fit me well, but it's strange that I'd be comfortable in the largest size available when I am a relatively average sized human. Beyond the sizing, these are really great. I've got a lot of polyester sleeves for athletics. These (organic!) cotton sleeves are much more comfortable. As I've tried to get polyester out of my wardrobe more and more I find these especially appealing. But $30 for ONE pair? That is brutal. If they got these down to 2/$30 or preferably 3/$30 ($10 a pair) I would replace my dozens of other sleeves with these. No doubt they're the best product and best material I've ever tried for sleeves, but the luxury price is tough for those that would seem to wear these daily.
