    • Two Months in and Already Broke!

I've been round and round with these carport canopy covers and just can't seem to find one that lasts! This one is just another cover on the trash pile - a waste of money that didn't even last two months before it broke! The main issue seems to be that the cover fits too loosely, which makes it pool water. Once that happens, it starts to stretch out and the cover itself gets runs in it that start small tears and pinhole leaks. While this isn't a major problem for my application, it's still frustrating to waste hard-earned money on such junk! Adding to the annoyance, the drawstrings on either end of the cover are made of very cheap, crappy nylon. It's woven very loosely and is very thin, so I figured it wouldn't last long outside. Well, now the string has broken on one end and the cover has slacked, so even more water is pooling! Not sure how I'm going to fish a new string through, but hoping I can accomplish it with a fishtape to get me through the rest of the summer. Overall, it does work, but if you need it for more than a month or so, you're better off going with another brand. Very disappointed in this cover - thin, cheaply made, and a major ripoff! ... show more
