I've found that the thermostat is about 10-15⁰C off. My wax ends up getting over 90⁰ when it's set on 75-80⁰. Spout also came loose after a few uses, but fixed it with caulk and its fine now.

I absolutely love everything about this melter. I run a small candle making business, and it used to take me 8 + hours to make 10 candles or so, since I had to use a double boiler. I can make well over 3 x as many now, in about 3 hours! It has made things so much easier and way more efficient for me. I wish I had purchased this sooner.

This wax heater is defective. It leaks the wax out of the on/off switch and from around the indicator lights. Amazon refused to replace or refund this item despite it not working and many other customers stating in reviews that the item is defective. Amazon's new policies regarding refunds and replacements are set up to discriminate against the customer and steal our money. They told me to contact the manufacturer. And could not provide me the information to do so. They told me to go on Google to find them (!!!). I'm calling my bank instead to dispute the charge and ending all business with Amazon. I'm a little upset obviously. As a business customer of Amazon and as a private consumer of Amazon I've watched Amazon slowly degrade and change from a company that takes care of it's customers to one that is knowingly offering defective items and purposefully stealing our money. I'm over it. The bigger companies get the more evil they become. I refuse to participate and support this nonsense.

This thing gets hot pretty quick. Then I turned it down because it was hotter than I wanted and it cooled down pretty quick. I was working kinda in a hurry today but was excited it heated as quick as it did.
