These reeds are just ok, but the quality is inconsistent. I'd say about 1/2 of them are usable. I got them just to play around with a lighter strength reed, since I typically play with a 2.5. I don't notice a huge difference based on the strength, actually. The quality of the seal on the mouthpiece has more of an impact with these.
