Really are heavy duty! Great price!
These fence posts/stakes are great for gardening. My grandmother used them to hold up and support her tomato plants and they work wonderfully, they’re easy to place into the ground and are very stout. Would recommend! They have so many uses.

Surprisingly sturdy and easy to install
I used these for a small wire fence project in a rocky part of the yard and was honestly surprised how solid they feel for the size. The steel is heavier than I expected and the U-channel design gives them pretty good rigidity once they’re in the ground. Installation was straightforward. I was able to drive them in with a hammer without needing concrete or post holes, which saved a lot of time compared to traditional fence posts. The pre-drilled holes and clips also made attaching fencing pretty simple. They’re not indestructible commercial ranch posts or anything like that, but for garden fencing, property borders, plant support, or keeping pets out of areas, they work well. The black coating also looks cleaner and less industrial than plain galvanized posts. One thing to keep in mind is that rocky soil can slow things down a bit. I had to reposition a couple of spots after hitting larger rocks underground, but the posts themselves held up fine during installation. Overall, these feel like a good balance between ease of installation, strength, and appearance.

Good medium weight fence posts
These DCLFIRMX Store 3ft metal garden fence posts are medium weigh hard steel with evenly spaced tabs and holes on the shafts for fastening or tying wire or netting. The posts extend 9 inches below the anchor plates and if buried to the tops of the plates the poles are 23.5 inches tall, something to keep in mind if you need taller fencing. Some reviewers report dissatisfaction after bolting them together to make them taller but it is advisable to just buy taller posts. They aren't powder coated so rust may be an issue but they're painted which is good. We got them to use in a raised garden bed to keep the squirrels out of the cherry tomatoes, which they discovered and devastated last year. Because the soil is soft the posts install with very little effort. The included fabric gloves are a nice touch but are size med/small. Overall a nice and useful product.

Very well designed fence post
I purchased the 3 foot, 5 piece set of the DCLFIRMX Metal Fence Posts. This seems to be among the more solid posts that I have bought. We have very heavy clay soil, so I will be soaking the ground before trying to push through the soil (I have experience where even strong posts have bent if I had to hammer them into the ground). The posts are coated to reduce rusting. I have had posts that have rusted before as well - these seem to be far better treated. There is a flange at one foot from the bottom. This helps to stabilize the post. Even this flange is well thought out. I have had posts where a similar flange fell off. This post is really very well constructed. My use for the posts should not need this much strength - but I want to ensure the posts that I use are very stable. I will be using these posts to elevate and secure the base of Halloween giant spider webs. I will also be raising projectors off the ground to reduce the chance of water immersion if the weather is rotten, and to make the projection look better. I will be using one of the posts for a more mundane use: I have a dogwood plant that needs some extra support this year. These posts should be perfect. There are 5 posts in this package. For these very well built posts, they are less expensive per post than others that I have purchased. The package came with a set of light garden gloves.

3 ft posts require no assembly
I ordered the 3 foot posts. For my needs, I am using to mark/tie up plants. They do not need to be super sturdy, and these are not. They are no dig, so used a mallet to post them. The 3 foot design also did not require assembly. They were will packaged, with liners separating each, so they didn't scratch and tightly wrapped. So far, they have not been out in the elements too long to review durability.

NOT AS TALL AS ADVERTISED!!! Only works because I had to redneck-fix-it

I ordered the 7ft tall posts for a fence to keep the deer out of my vegetable patch. Once set in the ground they are barely 5.5 ft tall. THESE ARE NOT 7ft TALL AS ADVERTISED. I’m very disappointed because we spent a long time setting these up. I had to cut branches from my back yard to make it tall enough so deer can’t hop it and now the front of my house looks like crap. Our HOA is probably going to send a passive aggressive letter about it. Additionally, I’m not seeing a way to contact the seller to request post extensions either. These posts are not sturdy but I figured they wouldn’t be due to how inexpensive this was. This was meant to be a temporary fence but it is still going to be up for a few months before we can build the real fence. If we had tall enough posts, it would be great. Because the mesh I bought is black, you can barely see that there is another fence outside of the chain link fence but the sticks on the top make it painfully obvious.
