    • Great machine!
This sweet machine is a great addition to my shop. I had a full-size brand name floor model drill press but wanted something on a cabinet/work top and a little more updated. This unit is more than I hoped for with variable speed by turning a knob instead of moving belts around, the laser alignment crosshairs are accurate and the work light is very bright. It seems well built and was easy to assemble. The shipping package was barely good enough as these heavy items always get abused in transit. The box was kind of beat up but everything inside was ok. It also seems as powerful as my floor model. I chuck in a 1 1/2" Forstner bit and it went through a chuck of pine without much effort. I am very pleased with this purchase and think it is a good value for the money. ... show more

    • Excellent Control and Build Quality
The variable speed control is very responsive — I can easily fine-tune the RPM depending on the material. The cast iron structure gives it a sturdy, professional feel, and the laser alignment really helps with accuracy. It’s quiet, smooth, and feels like it will last for years. Definitely one of the better drill presses I’ve owned. ... show more

    • A Reliable, Well-Thought-Out Drill Press
Everything about this drill press shows good design. The multi-rib belt system keeps it quiet and durable, the chrome finish looks professional, and the worktable adjustments are smooth and precise. I’ve used it for furniture repairs and metal parts, and it performs perfectly each time. Definitely a solid addition to my workshop. ... show more

Absolute game-changer! No more wrestling with belts I was so sick and tired of popping the top cover and wrestling with belts every time I needed to change speeds. The digital RPM display and continuous variable speed control on this 10-inch drill press are an absolute game-changer! I can instantly dial in the exact speed for different materials on the fly. During operation, it is incredibly stable—you can really feel that semi-industrial grade build quality with zero wobble. The crosshair laser is surprisingly bright and dead-on accurate. Plus, the clear chuck guard is a very thoughtful touch; it keeps flying chips out of my face without blocking my line of sight. Worth every single penny! ... show more
