Just fixed it today and all back to perfect working order! I love the tablet so much I will buy one just for me next. I will recommend this tablet to everyone looking for one! We have 3 sons and they are constantly arguing over tablet time so my husband and I purchased three of these, one for each of them. Our boys are very happy with them so far and no more fighting. The quality is great and the price is even better. They can still download and play their favorite games. They watch their you tube videos and movies. Perfect screen size and the curved screen reduces eye fatigue. The battery seems to last a while although it depends on how much they use them. They even started doing zoom calls with their grandparents that live in another state. The boys absolutely love their gifts and we are super happy with these tablets.

What was supposed to be the best bday gift for my son has quickly become the worst! First it changed timezones all on its own and I had it set to be in sleep mode when my son was sleeping. However it thought it was sleep time when my son was awake. Then it stopped charging when it was plugged in and it wouldn't turn back on. Now it won't let us passed the login screen and it can't be reset. My son has been so disappointed by this tablet and I feel terrible. And Amazon says it's beyond the time period for IT assistance & return, surprise surprise!

I bought this for my mom-in-law who likes to watch some shows or play around at home. But the phone frame is too small for her. She is so appreciative of my thoughtful idea. Then she can watch shows during cooking. This tablet comes with a cover, which is very nice, no need to buy a separate one. Easy to use, even for an old person like my mom-in-law. The screen is very sensitive and clear. I think it also has a large memory and other functions to use, but she hasn't explored that so much. Most importantly, it is not that expensive! So I think it's also a good idea for a kid to use it for study. It has everything you need with very good quality!

I like the screen size and the ease of use. The cover it comes with is also nice. But the battery is not as described. It is not long life. If you don't mind keeping it plugged into a charger constantly then this tablet is for you. Also it is not just that mine has a bad battery because I bought two in this order and they both have to be on charge almost about 20 minutes after a 100% charge.

I needed a device with a larger screen other than my phone to do homework assignments and with this tablet I was able to do that. I was able to have access to pretty much all my apps connected to the tablet to do what I needed to do and has been helpful. The charger I found it to only work for the tablet and cannot use another charger for it. The start up can be a little slow but not that big of a deal in my case. Charge life is decent I'm satisfied with this product to have it do what I needed it to do.
