I purchased this table due to my laptop not charging, so there for I did not have a laptop. This was only temporary. I really enjoyed it as a replacement. I had to carry my book of passwords around with me if I had to go into other apps such as Amazon, to order things etc. I have another tablet, but all I use it for is reading. I have another laptop but its not what I really want so I will purchase another laptop when when I can afford it. I was able to get things done that I needed to do on the tablet. Hoozo HZ001QA tablet Specs: Spreadtrum System-on-Chip 64 bit cpu with 8 cores, 32gb internal storage, 2gb core memory, 10.1" screen, wifi, USB, Bluetooth, Android Pie 9.0, FM radio tuner, gpu, GPS, SD card slot up to 128gb, USB cable + power adapter. General comments: - light weight - Pie 9 is really nice. Very little bloatware added, can be removed. - smoothly scrolls and runs fast, little/no lag observed. - very enjoyable experience so far. - recommend training battery and controller on initial use by charging to 100%, drain down below 10%, repeat 3-5 times. Thereafter only charge to 80%, discharge to 20%. Extends overall battery life by years. Pros: - Bigger than typical L-ion tablet battery, which gives nearly 48 hours of heavy usage. - System setting supports scheduled full power off and power on (but only one scheduled window). Saves battery. - FM tuner works great for local broadcast stations w/o any wifi network traffic. Uses ear buds as antenna. - screen comes with protective plastic sheet cover against scratches. Properly applied w/o bubbles. Cons: - description on Amazon says it is unlocked. This might refer to several things. --- display pin/pattern/password lock (also known as FRP); this is probably what the description refers to. This is initially unlocked. --- bootloader lock; this prevents changes to system, boot, recovery partitions. You can't unlock this or root device with SU. You can't install TWRP. --- encryption lock; data is encrypted with you pass code. This is unlocked. --- MIUI lock; deep paranoid protection with face/fingerprint recognition. This is unlocked. --- parental control lock; this is unlocked. --- cell phone provider lock; does not apply to the device. - no carry case. Marketing support says new case coming soon. ... show more

This a cheap tablet. I cannot change the bas time zone from Pacific to Eastern. I have had tis device a few months and the screen looks I have used sandpaper on it. Icons will disappear from time to time. It will drop a WiFi connection and I have to reboot it to reconnect. I cannot tell if this a bad Adroid OS or fundamental hardware issues. ... show more
