Air cooler verse air conditioner
Strong fan with 3 different levels and timer. The cooling effect isn’t like an air conditioner, think of this had the fan pushing air through coils with cold water. It makes a difference in my dry hot region. It was cheap, about 80 dollars when I bought it. I’m only using it for two months and will leave it behind…the price made the decision for me compared to proper air conditioners.

Nope
Faulty unit, overheats, does not cool down the room at all, I don’t feel it’s safe to use because of how hot it gets. So it’s an expensive paperweight that I can’t return

That 10 gallons of water last a whole week that was the key point for me
It works pretty good. I put it in my garage and they keep my fish tank at a normal tank temperature.

Very decent cooler
This cooler is nice. I like the 10.6 gallon tank. It's nice and quiet on low and medium. On high it's not so quiet but it really blast's the air. It comes with 2 remotes which is nice. For $90 it's a good buy. It works fine

Water Pump DOA
Just received the product and the water pump is not working. The pads are not getting wet. I turned on the cool button and the display shows the snowflake but the water is not pumping. Is there a tech support phone #?
